Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- A proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Bed Pillows
- Bath Towels
- Bath Rugs
- Used Bedding
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Nashville facility using a trackable shipping method. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping Options
You may choose your preferred shipping method for returns:
- Standard Return: Use DHL or FedEx for faster processing (recommended)
- Economy Return: Use EMS for more affordable shipping
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or style changes):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original product
Exchange items are subject to availability. If your preferred replacement isn’t available, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
